Thank you for all of your nominations over the past few weeks for the Mom's Choice Awards contest. For each category, we tallied the results and have determined the top finalists in each category. (A few categories have more than others due to ties.) Congratulations to the businesses listed below! If you are a finalist, watch for an email from us with further details.

Prior to voting, please click on the link for any businesses which you may be unfamiliar. One of our main goals with this contest is to showcase hidden gems in the area! So please learn more about them!

There are a lot of great places on here, it was hard to choose. I am shocked that Drs. Valaoras and Lewis weren't listed among the best doctors though! Oh well, they still get my vote. Good luck to everyone who made the list!

Hooray!! So excited to have made the list! Especially given the many talented photographers we have here in the Triad (those who were also nominated, and others too)... It is truly "an honor just to be nominated." So sorry I had to go there, but it's true!

I'm a dad on Main, and I do not question the validity of your survey results, but if you want to know who actually is the best pediatrician in town, it's Dr. Lia Erickson. Seriously, ask around. Ask other doctors. I'm not yanking your chain.

I'm really surprised about how many of these aren't even in High Point. Does High Point not have enough places to fill these categories, or is it just what was suggested in this area? Winston Salem just seams a little out there.

To anonymous above: We tally all of the nominations and only the top five businesses with the most nominations make it to this final voting round. There were businesses nominated in all of the categories from numerous Triad cities (of course including
High Point), but the ones with the most nominations are listed above. There are a few from the HP area listed, but if there is a specific business that you would like to see on the final voting list next year, please help spread the word to other fans of that
business! The more nominations they receive, the better chance of making it to the finals! Thanks for inquiring. And to the Dad on Main - your "yanking your chain comment" had us all laughing Thanks!
