Whether the person on your list is a long-time fitness fan or new to all things exercise, the Y has tons of great ways to embrace healthy living in your holiday gift giving. Here are a few ideas:

Personal Training
Sometimes we all need an expert to help reach our full potential. Personal training helps you learn new ways to reach your wellness goals, stay motivated and benefit from a program designed especially for you. Enjoy working out with a group or want to get fit with your friends in the new year? The Y also offers specialty and small group training sessions. Boot Camps
One of the best ways to kick-start your fitness goals or break through a plateau, the Y now offers more boot camp options than ever. Certified trainers and experienced instructors use unique equipment and great workouts to show you how far you can go when you push yourself. Options vary by branch and include state-of-the-art TRX Suspension Training, Water Aerobics, traditional circuit training and more.

Membership
Do you know someone who has talked about joining the Y for ages, but hasn’t made it happen yet? Gift them their first month, three months or longer. When you join the Y, you’re joining a community organization that nurtures the potential of kids, promotes healthy living, and fosters a sense of social responsibility. From December 26 through January 1, you can join the Y for just $1 joining fee, and pay only the date on the calendar through January 31.

> The gift of wellness is one that truly keeps on giving. Stop by your local branch to pick up a YMCA Gift Certificate for membership, personal training, boot camp or any other program we offer.

One more way to save…

Give the gift of camp! Save $100 off your YMCA Camp Hanes summer session when you register before December 31 at www.camphanes.org.

Happy Holidays from your Friends at the Y!
