Education for the Head and the Heart
Rigorous academics go hand in hand with developing a sense of service to others at St. Leo Catholic School. Commitment to others runs throughout the school from individual class activities to Student Council sponsored events.
St. Leo Student Council sponsored a Pie Toss at the Annual Fall Festival which raised $482 for St. Laurence, a Catholic School in Houston, TX which has families impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Students paid $1 for a chance to toss a pie at teachers or members of the student council including President, Jack Semke. These are just two recent examples of Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts as each class has its own project planned.
Caring for others is at the core of the St. Leo Catholic School community. St. Leo’s faith-filled education provides students with a solid education aimed at enriching their heads and hearts for life.
