Visit Mt. Pisgah Weekday School

Mt. Pisgah Weekday School would like to invite new families to schedule a tour to visit the school, see the classrooms, and learn about all the exciting things planned for the 2019-2020 school year! This faith-based preschool has been committed to educating children for over 40 years and continues to provide a nurturing and loving environment that sparks imagination and ignites early learning.

The teachers at Mt. Pisgah Weekday School are creative, engaging, and dedicated. In a recent school-wide survey, all parents reported they were pleased with their child’s current teachers and almost all gave the highest rating of “extremely pleased.”

“I could not imagine a more loving environment than Mt. Pisgah Weekday School. I am confident that my children are not only being nurtured educationally but they are also being taught about God’s love and that will stay with them forever.” – Parent Testimonial

Afterschool Program for Elementary School Students

Clemmons Moravian Church Afterschool is now enrolling for the 2019-2020 school year. CMC would love for all to join the CMC Afterschool family! The Afterschool program offers homework assistance, games, STEM activities, art projects and of course–free play! Afternoon snacks are also provided daily. CMC is available for afterschool care for any elementary school in the community!  The program currently provides afternoon pick up from Morgan Elementary, as well as being a bus stop location for Clemmons and Ward Elementary. The program opens at 7:00 A.M. and closes at 6:00 P.M.

Not in the area for afterschool? No worries! CMC also offers drop in care for any school when WSFCS are closed and the center is open! Come see why Clemmons Moravian Church was voted best childcare center two years in a row! For any questions, please contact the center for more information.

Kids Eat Free (and almost free) Directory

Out of all of our directories, this is the one that seems to change most often. We try to update it as often as possible, and we recently made calls to confirm our entire list! You can dine out on the cheap this month by using our directory to find kids’ meal deals at local Triad restaurants. After August, be sure to check back as some listings will change with the season. In addition, always be sure to call the restaurant before you visit in case their options have changed. Feel free to email us at any time should you find a deal has ended or changed! Visit the Kids Eat Free Directory here!

Favorite Triad Restaurants Directory

The Favorite Restaurants Guide is another directory that we updated this month. It includes restaurant options that our readers have suggested for date night dinners or ladies lunch & dinner options. Some are fine dining, while others are a casual bar-type atmosphere. We hope you can discover some fun and delectable new places to dine in our area! If you have others to add, feel free to email Rachel@triadmomsonmain.com. View our list here and be sure to bookmark it as a reference next time you are ready to dine out!
