By TMoM team member Sandy Harper

If you’re expecting a baby or are a parent looking for things to do with your baby or young toddler, Mom League is your go-to. The Newborn Series is an 8-week series for moms and babies 0-3 months postpartum and each week features local guest speakers who are experts on postpartum and newborn care. Mom League also hosts Playgroups for grownups + infants 3-12 and toddlers 12-36 months. Playgroups are a platform for parents to meet each other while the babies and toddlers learn and play. Mom League also hosts community events such as social gatherings and outings.

As a business started and ran by moms, we are thrilled to share a directory that supports moms in so many ways! It’s our hope this list of “mom groups” can help you easily meet other women (and usually children) with whom you can build friendships and support. We have listed meet-up groups that include both the mom and child, and also groups that focus on the mom but may still include children at the meetings. And don’t worry DADS, we’ve got some choices for you below, too! Please be sure to check the organization’s website for dates, times and locations of their meet-ups as they change throughout the year. If you have any additional groups to add, please email us at any time to have your group added to our list.
