Triad Community Groups for Parents and Kids

By Rachel Hoeing & Sarah Blackwell

You have found our “Mom Group” directory. We hope this list can help you find groups where it is easy for you to meet other women (and usually children) with whom you can build friendships and support. We have listed play groups that include both the mom and child (music, activities, library story times, etc), and also groups that focus on the mom, but may still include children at the meetings (MOPS, church groups, exercise groups, etc). And don’t worry DADS, we’ve got some choices for you below, too! (For this directory list we are focusing on groups that meet in person, not online forums or Facebook groups.) If you have any additional groups to add, please email Rachel@triadmomsonmain.com at any time to have your group added to our list.
