The Kernersville Spring Folly is one of the largest family friendly street festivals in the Southeast.  The three day festival offers two live music stages, over 200 arts/crafts and commercial vendors, fair food and fair rides, food served from civic organizations, food trucks, jugglers, magicians, Chainsaw Art Carver, Fire and Police vehicles and meet and greets, audiological hearing tests, history of Kernersville  and more.
