This month’s featured photographer is Christina Evans from Christina Evans Photography. Do you ever sit back and stare at your family and wonder where the time has gone and wish you could hold onto that moment? Christina has a passion for helping you do just that. With a style that is mixed in lifestyle and posed, a session with Christina will result in some beautiful traditional shots mixed in with more relaxed shots that show your family having fun, playing together, and just being unique, beautiful you.
Christina is offering a special incentive to TMoM readers who book a newborn session during the month of April. Receive a free accordion square album ($149 value) with a collection purchase. Just mention this blog post when you book.
From the time you book a session, Christina will work with you to create a personalized experience custom designed to create and capture the art you truly want. Each session includes a consultation to make sure the session that you get is the session that you envision. “Being a photographer is such a gift,” says Christina. “Having the ability to give people a way to cherish their family and capture their memories is just priceless and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to do it. Plus the ability to meet and work with such wonderful people is a definitely added perk.”
To be able to dedicate the amount of quality time that each client deserves, Christina does limit the number of sessions that she takes each month and often books up, on average, six weeks in advance.
From the moment of booking, Christina will work with you to create a perfect portrait experience – from helping with outfit selection, choosing the perfect locations, and creating the setups to showcase your beautiful children. Christina is also happy to assist in the ordering process by creating virtual groupings of your images to help you visualize how your art will look on your wall.
Sessions with Christina can take place at her in home studio or any of the beautiful outdoor locations in our area. Christina has a number of places that she loves to shoot, all with a different feel from garden to urban to rustic, we can discuss options together to determine a perfect location for the look you are hoping to achieve. Christina offers a range of print options, canvases, albums and custom frames to help you achieve the final look you desire.
Christina also offers year round Petite Sessions, which are perfect for a client who wants to update some images through the year or just, needs a small gallery.
While Christina adores capturing all ages of children, newborns hold a special place in her lens. “There is absolutely nothing as precious or fleeting to capture as a brand new baby”, says Christina. “I so often hear from clients (often upon being around another newborn) that they can not even remember their baby being that little. They are so happy they invested in newborn photography to remind them of that tiny love during those bleary first days of new parenthood.”
From each back wrinkle, tiny toes pouty lips and button nose, Christina misses no detail. Christina will pose and handle your baby as if they are her own and will capture those memories for you, so you do not have to try and remember your baby being that small, you can pull out your photos and just look.
In further celebration of spring, Christina will be hosting two Mommy & Me mini sessions in April. This is a super quick session to get a picture of you with your kids that you can use to give to your husband or family in honor of Mother’s Day. These sessions are $45 and will be held on April 12th and April 18th, starting at 9:30 AM. There will be four slots available each day. They are $45 + tax and include a gallery of 3-5 images to choose from and one gift print. As a bonus to TMoM readers, you can get a second gift print by sharing this blog link on Facebook and mentioning that you did when you book your session. You will find the link on my fan page and just need to click share there!
