Due to Covid-19, the format of this year’s Kirkwood 5K has changed to a brand-new event: Bust the Bus with Us! This event is comprised of three parts:

1. Education & Fun: They’ll have a self-guided scavenger hunt leading up to the event! Every scavenger hunt entry will help raise money for BackPack Beginnings. Keep up with our social media pages the weeks prior for more information.
2. Fundraising: Donations are key for organizations like BPB especially during these challenges times as they are getting creative to fill children’s bellies.
3. Food Drive: On August 29, 2020 they’ll host a food drive at Charles Aris Executive Search in Downtown Greensboro. Bring your cans by to help us fill up a Guilford County School bus … that’s right, a real bus! More details to come.
