This program is a great chance to get your kids out of the house for fun summertime Crazy Running GAMES! They will go through a dynamic warmup that helps prevent injury, and to insure that they are always improving running form. Then their time with the group will be focused on games and fun. This is a great session for kids that may say they don’t like running, because all of the running will be disguised in fun running games that keep them moving! Oh and your kids will most likely get WET!!
