Peppercorn Theatre at the Children’s Museum of Winston-Salem will be wrapping up their wildly successful fifth summer season with The Servant of Two Masters, a modern retelling of the classic Italian comedy of epic disproportions. Truffaldino, a clever and quirky servant in Italy sets out to do the near impossible – work for two masters at the same time. Soon enough, the tasks add up and multiply when his math skills aren’t up to par. With help from the audience, watch Truffaldino divide the labor as NC Common Core State Standards for Mathematics are incorporated into this breathless farce.

The script for The Servant of Two Masters was adapted by one of Peppercorn’s co-founders and producing directors, John Bowhers, and will be directed by Peppercorn’s Artistic Director, Harry Poster. Poster and Bowhers are both graduates of the UNC School of the Arts.
