Rise and Shine with Starmount Preschool

Starmount Preschool has been nominated for Triad Moms on Main’s favorite preschool for 7 years running and it’s no wonder! Families consistently rave about the warm staff, the diverse enrichment programs and the stimulating classrooms and facilities. At Starmount, preschoolers learn through play and are given the social skills and learning tools to prepare them for Kindergarten. Registration is currently open for ages 6 months – PreK with school days that start at 9am and end at 1pm.

Starmount Preschool also has a half-day summer camp program called Summer Stars. Preschoolers attend themed camp weeks like Mad Science, Let’s Get Cooking and Super Heroes. Families can book individual weeks or all six weeks. Registration opens March 11.

Experience the Best in Education

Join Greensboro Montessori School on Sunday, March 4 at 1 p.m. for their Spring Open House, and experience firsthand how a Montessori education prepares students for success in their adult lives! Explore classrooms, meet faculty, talk to alumni, and interact with current students. Families choose Greensboro Montessori because the school’s curriculum blends academic prowess with the development of skills necessary to thrive in a global society. They also know Montessori delivers the best in education: new research published in Frontiers in Psychology confirms Montessori students outperform their peers in academic achievement, social understanding, mastery orientation, and executive function.
