Fit Family 5K:Running for a healthier tomorrow

Join Novant Health on Saturday, April 26 at William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA in Winston-Salem, NC. Plan to run for a healthier tomorrow! This is for runners and walkers of all levels and ages. A one-mile fun run around Hanes Park is a flat course ideal for children of all ages and abilities. The 5K course begins near the William G. TMoM Event: “One Size Does Not Fit All”

“One Size Does Not Fit All” will take place on Thursday, April 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Novant Health Conference Center at Forsyth Medical Center. This is a FREE event hosted by your very own, Triad Moms on Main team. Parking in the Forsyth Medical Center parking deck is free to the first 200 attendees. Stop by during your lunch break, or pop in with girlfriends. You’ll get to talk to representatives from every aspect of wellness – from nutritionists and dieticians to exercise experts. Walk around and visit their booths, or try out a ‘mini-class’, 15-20 minute exercise or nutrition demonstrations. There will be door prizes, fun, and lots of information for everybody, and every body!
