More Than Just Your Local Helpful Hardware Store!

More than just a hardware store, Cloverdale Ace & North Greensboro Ace have something for everyone on your shopping list! Be sure your plans this holiday season include a stop into one of the Triad’s best kept secrets to get your holiday shopping done – Cloverdale Ace Hardware and North Greensboro Ace Hardware. You may say, “I don’t need hammers and nails for those on my list,” but these two stores have more than just hardware, as well as some of the most unique gifts in the area. Inside you will find all the items you would expect to see in a premier hardware store from Craftsman tools to Weber grills.  However what will surprise you are all the specialty gift items that are found in the “Bee’s Nest” boutique section of the store.  Here you will find trendy jewelry from GingerSnaps, candles by Habersham, city collection of dishware by The Dish plus a whole array of fine kitchen gadgets that rivals any high end kitchen stores in the area.

Wake Forest Baptist Health iTAKL Study

The Wake Forest Baptist Health iTAKL study team is looking for 8-18 year old males who do NOT play football to participate in a study by getting an MRI and taking a simple cognitive test.  The MRI does not involve radiation or injections of any kind.  They have been researching the changes in youth football player’s brains since 2012.  With well over 100 football players already enrolled in the study, they are now looking for youth males who do not play football to undergo the same testing as a comparison.  Participants must be males between the ages of 8-18, and will be compensated for time and travel.  If your son is interested in participating in the study, or if you’d just like more information, please call Kamah Woelfel at 336-716-5416.
