A Local Holiday Tradition

The 37th Annual Mistletoe Run, presented by Bell, Davis & Pitt, is going virtual for the first time ever from now until December 13, 2020.

But just because it’s virtual doesn’t mean you have to go it alone. Join the Y’s Facebook group for Mistletoe runners to share your reason for running the annual race, training tips, and race results! Participants can choose to run/walk the actual route (Half Marathon, 5K, or 1 mile Fun Run) or anywhere else you choose — a greenway, your neighborhood, the local track, or even a treadmill! Click here for more details!

TRU Taekwondo – A Safe, Clean, & Nurturing Environment for your Family

With an increased need of stability, routine, and self confidence during the pandemic, families are finding their needs met at TRU Taekwondo. TRU instructors are known for their commitment to families and meeting them where they’re at. Whether it’s less screen time & more physical activity or simply a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for your family, TRU is ready to connect with you. Added measures of safety & cleanliness have been put in place. Students as young as 4 years old are able to enjoy fun and engaging taekwondo classes by highly trained staff with the peace of mind their environment is safe.
Fill out this webform today and you’ll receive a special offer if you mention this article. Four Triad locations: Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Davidson County, & Davie County. Visit them online HERE. Or call them directly: 336-448-0152.
