Virtual Parenting Seminars from CFEC

The Centers for Exceptional Children (CFEC) is a great resource in our community for families who have children with special needs. In May CFEC will be hosting a series of VIRTUAL Triple P Stepping Stones Seminars. The seminars are designed to be a brief introduction to the principles of positive parenting, teaching children with disabilities new skills and changing problem behavior in children.

To learn more and register for each or all of the sessions (May 7, 14 and 21 from 7 pm – 8:30 pm) go to thecfec.org/stepping-stones.

Time for Fresh Strawberries

It’s time for the 2020 strawberries, but as you can imagine, lots have changed on the farms for this season! This year, most farms are doing pre-picked berries only, while a few are allowing customers to pick their own while following social distancing guidelines.

Most farms are ready for berry selling now, however, we added updates below each farm that was able to be reached regarding the status of their services. As always, we encourage you call before you go. See the directory HERE!
