Journey to Brave: Fundraiser, Auction & Benefit
Join the Kellin Foundation at this year’s annual fundraiser, auction, and benefit, hosted by Honorary Chair Tracey McCain of WFMY News 2. The event will be held at Starmount Country Club in Greensboro on September 27th from 7- 10pm. Tickets are $85 per person and will include dinner with dessert, open bar (beer & wine), music, a silent auction, and the full experience of a live auction! Bookmarks Festival of Books & Authors: Children’s Author Pancake Breakfast
On Saturday, Sept. 7, start Bookmarks Festival day with pancakes and authors! This ticketed event, which takes place from 8 to 9:30 a.m. is geared towards children ages 8–12 (or at equivalent reading level). Festival middle grade authors will mingle with attendees and talk to them about their books. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The event takes place at Foothills at 638 W. 4th Street and is presented with support from Garner Foods. Tickets are required and are: $35 for one adult and one child to attend. Tickets for additional children or adults are $10 each. Tickets can be purchased at bookmarksnc.org or calling Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006.

Join Forsyth Family magazine at it’s September Kids’ Morning Out event at Salem Gymnastics & Swim on Monday, Sept. 9 from 10 am to 11:30 am.
