College Prep Boot Camp is a program designed to help students prepare for the college application process. Students will take interest inventories and discuss how interests and personality play a role in college choice and determining college “fit.”

Those interests and abilities will then be used as filters for exploring various college search websites. Students will be able to articulate and define which factors are most critical to them in the college search process as they develop a list of potential colleges.

The camp will explore each student’s high school activities in order to help them determine what their “standout factor” is. Students will use their “standout factor” as they practice responding to Common App essay prompts.

The camp will also discuss managing stress during this process, developing a timeline, and preparing for college tours and interviews.

Cost: $175 payable with your registration by check

*  Participants should choose one session. The morning session will run from 9am-12pm each day and the afternoon session will run from 1:00pm-4:00pm. The exception to these times will be Wednesday June 27th when sessions will be 11-1pm and 2pm-4pm.
