Are you new to Girl Scouts? Or maybe you’re ready to come back after a year off? Now is a great time to join! Right now, for only $35, girls can register for an extended year Girl Scout membership, giving them 18 months of Girl Scout programming and the opportunity to take advantage of all the exciting upcoming spring and summer programs, including a virtual event featuring Michelle Obama on May 6.The May 6 event will be open to only Girl Scout members who have joined or renewed by April 30 and will include a free, downloadable Becoming Me journal, which includes an excerpt from Mrs. Obama’s newest book, Becoming: Adapted for Young Readers.
