The Science behind NuVal™
As obesity levels have skyrocketed during the past 2 decades, the need to provide simple nutritional guidance has become more important than ever. Dr. David Katz, the founder and director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center, recognized this need and assembled a team of nutrition and medical experts to develop the NuVal™ Nutritional Scoring System.
