Mozzarella di Bufala is made on a weekly basis in a small town in Campania, Italy, then it is flown in fresh while flour is shipped over by boat and the salt comes straight from the Mediterranean Sea. Cugino Forno is open at 11:00AM every day and closes as soon as the dough runs out or at 9:00PM.
