Celebrate the 5th Annual Dirty Dozen 5K Obstacle Mud Run and Fun Run on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons, North Carolina.

Participants will be challenged as they run through obstacles and test their strength, agility and stamina. Ages seven and older can complete the 5K as an individual or team, and the Fun Run is open to all ages. The Fun Run will begin at 7:30 a.m. with heats starting every 10 minutes and the 5k will begin at 8:00 a.m. Free childcare will be provided for Y members and Dirty Dozen volunteers!

Proceeds from the Dirty Dozen 5K Obstacle Mud Run and Fun Run benefit people in the community via Y innovative health programs. These programs help cancer survivors and individuals with chronic diseases.
