Easter will be here before we know it, and thanks to several local organizations, you can celebrate with an Easter Egg Hunt as early as this weekend! We pulled together a list of egg hunts happening all over the Triad, including local towns like Spencer, Asheboro and Ramseur. For information on each event, click the event name in blue and it will take you to a web site with more details.

Easter Egg Hay Rides and Hunts
April 1 – 16
Tanglewood Park in Clemmons
Enjoy a scenic tractor-drawn hay ride through Tanglewood Park on your way to the Easter Egg Hunt Field. Schedule the whole wagon for just your group of 20-30 people for $200 for any day between April 1 and April 16. You can also join in with other families on a pre-scheduled ride for $9 per person on the following weekend days: April 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th. Sensory Friendly Night: Easter Adventure

Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and sensory processing differences are invited to have a fun, enjoyable, and interactive learning experience in a comfortable and accepting environment at Kaleideum Downtown. Create a bunny craft, enjoy a storytime, and hunt for eggs! Children will have an opportunity to trade in their empty eggs for a surprise. Sensory Friendly Nights are offered quarterly. Presented by the Winston-Salem Police Department Bomb Squad in partnership with Early Learning Sensory Support Program for Children with Visual Impairments(ELSSP/VI). The agency created the event in 2011 after learning of the idea from other bomb technicians. The event allows the visually impaired to participate in an Easter egg hunt. The event is open to all blind or visually impaired children and adults, as well as their families. Other interactive activities available.
