Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large food processor, combine the ground chicken, broccoli, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Using your hands or a spoon, shape the mixture into small nugget-sized portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the top of the nuggets with olive oil to help them brown and become crispy.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
If you have an air fryer, air fry at 400 for 10 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
