Honey Lime Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and halved
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Fruits: Wash and prepare all the fruits as specified. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  • Combine: Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruits. Gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly with the dressing.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.
