Greensboro Ballet’s “Storybook Tales”

Celebrate this spring by enjoying an afternoon or evening with the Greensboro Ballet as they present “Storybook Tales” at the historic Carolina Theatre in downtown Greensboro.
“Storybook Tales” will be full of powerful, stunning, and charming ballet stories created by Greensboro Ballet faculty and guest choreographers.
The highlight of this production is a vibrant and fun ballet version of the classic tale, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,” including all your favorite quirky characters including the White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, Queen of Hearts, and of course, the funny and sweet Mad Hatter. The other stories in this delightful mix of ballet stories includes the charming, “Big Umbrella,” the exciting “Jonathon & the Gingery Snare” performed with live percussion music on the stage with the dancers, and the abstract contemporary piece, “Flights of Fancy,”
Tickets for children are only $20 (not including taxes and Carolina Theatre processing fees).
Consider adding tickets to their “Mad Hatter Tea” event before the matinee performances for a truly magical afternoon of entertainment and fun (see other calendar listing for more information).
