Come learn about this amazing part of your body in a 45 minute Vinyasa-style flow class to lengthening and strengthening the pelvic floor, core, back, and hips. This class is for those who may have pelvic pain, leakage, back or hip pain, decreased mobility, or would like pre/postnatal rehab.
Alison Presley is a Pelvic Health Therapist and yoga teacher with over 2 decades of experience teaching beginners to advanced yogis. All are welcome (all ages, genders, abilities, prenatal, postpartum, etc.) as the skilled instructor tailors each class to those present.
No prior level yoga experience is necessary. Please bring your own mat or let us know if you need to borrow one.
