Location: South Lawn, LeBauer Park
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. This 60-minute workout consists of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each class is designed to meet you where you are at mentally and physically that day. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized. This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment; we hope to see you there!
What to bring to class:
– Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely. You can pack a baby carrier to store under your stroller, that way if you need to baby wear it’ll be accessible. We’ll give you modifications if you need to baby wear.
– Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
– Wear comfortable shoes
– Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
– Sunscreen and bug spray can be helpful during certain times of the year
If you’re able to register ahead of time it gives us a general idea of how big of a class to plan for, but you’re always welcome to join us last minute! Just shoot us a message the morning of class.
And if you’re running late that’s ok (again, we’re moms too & understand 😉), just send a message to give us a heads up.
