Tai Chi at Central
Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
Central Library Auditorium or Lawn (depending on the weather)
Ages 12 and up. Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities so it’s never too late to start. Classes will be held in the Central Library Auditorium or outside on the lawn depending on the weather.
