As moms we have a LOT of decisions to make. I don’t know about you but I am constantly second-guessing myself. I’m getting better at “mom decisions” with my second child, but I was overwhelmed with information and decisions with my first. Am I doing the right thing? The best thing? The healthiest thing? The latest thing? Am I doing something I should NOT be doing? Am I NOT doing something I should be doing? Back and forth, back and forth.
It never seems to end once you become a mom, no matter how seasoned you are. For every stage of motherhood comes another level of questions, concerns and second-guesses. Not to mention, there’s usually a sanctimommy lurking around somewhere too! So I thought we could have fun with all these crazy concerns of ours…
Since we tackle a lot of topics on Triad Moms on Main that make for good discussion, let’s take it a step further and run an informal poll regarding some of these “controversial” subjects. We will all remain anonymous in the poll, and after the results are tallied and published here on TMoM in a few weeks, we can see where we all stand on certain issues in relation to other moms. Remember, we did something similar with Rachel’s post on “How Often Do You…”? Don’t you like knowing where you stand? Let’s have fun again!
Of course there is not one “right” answer to any of these questions – it’s all subjective – and there are probably a million different ways to answer each question. While’s there’s no room in the poll to add your opinion, we’d love for you to comment on any of the issues below (and you can still remain anonymous) – and expand on your thoughts. Just play nice, ladies!
