We hope this list of “mom groups” can help you easily meet other women (and usually children) with whom you can build friendships and support. Typically this directory features groups that only meet in person; however due to Covid-19, many of these groups are now offering virtual-only options. Several groups have also suspended their meetings until we reach a safer phase for meeting in person. However, there are still plenty of groups actively operating and meeting in person!

We have listed play groups that include both the mom and child, and also groups that focus on the mom, but may still include children at the meetings. And don’t worry DADS, we’ve got some choices for you below, too! If you have any additional groups to add, please email  Katie@triadmomsonmain.com at any time to have your group added to our list.
