Vegan Guten-Free Black Bean Brownies

If you have picky eaters, don’t tell your kids there are beans in these and they will NEVER know. (Or do tell them if they love black beans, like my 3-year-old does! She loves to help me make these.) We love topping them with rainbow sprinkles to make them extra kid appropriate. Then again, we top as many things as possible with sprinkles at our house, including peanut butter on toast. Healthy No-Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you have a few extra ripe bananas around, this recipe is the perfect one for you to try! It includes all the fun of a chocolate chip cookie, but without the refined sugar most contain. Oh, and these are also lunchbox friendly, which earns them extra points.
