Wait Chapel, Winston-Salem, NC
This annual, admission-free showcase features a large orchestra led by Youth Symphony members paired with their professional counterparts in the Winston-Salem Symphony, plus exciting concerto performances by the winners of this year’s Peter Perret Youth Talent Search. It is a wonderful, early-spring family experience not to be missed!

Get ready for one of Kernersville’s favorite family-friendly events! Kids (and kids at heart) will have the chance to get up close with an awesome lineup of vehicles — fire trucks, police cars, excavators, big rigs, and so much more!
Sensory-Friendly Hour (10–11 AM)
By popular request, the first hour will be sensory-friendly — no loud noises or strobe lights, making it a more comfortable experience for everyone.

Curiosity Quest

Kaleideum, Winston-Salem, NC
Come see how Girl Scouting can spark new ideas and inspire the next generation of innovators! At this event you can build mini aquaponics systems, investigate horse genetics and more. Hear from guest speaker, Dr. Mary Lynne Dittmar, who has helped design homes such as the International Space Station.
Museum admission is included, so you can continue exploring! Girl Scout membership not required but will be available on-site.
Fire Truck Egg Drop

Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 10am – 1pm
Friendly Avenue Baptist Church, Greensboro, NC
Come be part of the 6th Annual Fire Truck Easter Egg Drop! Families will hear the true story of Easter, followed by a morning full of outdoor games , inflatables , crafts , and more.
Between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, there will be several scheduled egg drops where thousands of candy-filled eggs will be dropped from the ladder of a fire truck onto the field. Egg drops will take place every 30 minutes beginning at 11:00 AM. Each child will receive their own bag to collect eggs. You must select a time slot when registering.
WIRED Coffee Bus and Alsie’s of the Triad Ice Cream will also be on site with drinks, treats, and ice cream available for purchase.
Cady Land Games and Egg Hunt

Monday, March 30, 2026 from 5pm – 7pm
Leonard Recreation Center, Greensboro, NC
Get ready for an awesome in-person adventure filled with sweet surprises and exciting games! Don’t miss the relay and games at 5:30pm and egg hunt at 6:30pm – it’s a perfect event for ages 1-10 to enjoy, laugh, and make great memories with friends and family. Bring your energy and your big smiles, because this day is all about joy and good times!
