North Myrtle Beach brings in hundreds of thousands of visitors year after year and we’re showing no signs of stopping. The area is home to hundreds of restaurants serving nearly any cuisine you can think of, great shopping centers and boutiques, top-rated golf courses, water sports and get this – four separate beaches! Yep, you read that right. This area of the Grand Strand is home to Cherry Grove Beach, Crescent Beach, Windy Hill and Ocean Drive Beach. Let’s break it down for you so you can find the best spot for your crew!

Cherry Grove Beach

Located on the Northern end of North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove Beach has its own beachy vibe that allows for plenty of wildlife exploration and cruising around on your bicycle. The Cherry Grove Pier is the only pier located in North Myrtle Beach and plays host to an amazing fireworks show each 4th of July. One of the top resorts in the area, Laguna Keyes has luxurious two-, three- and four-bedroom condos located right on the oceanfront along with a plethora of great amenities!

Ocean Drive

Ocean Drive has a great location along Ocean Boulevard and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach with tons of popular restaurants, shops and shag dance establishments. It’s home to annual parades, festivals and plenty of live music. Visit the OD Pavilion Amusement Park for a fun, fair-like experience right on the beachside! This bustling beach is home to great resorts like the AshWorth and Mar Vista Grande as well as luxurious beach homes like C-Scape and High C’s.

Crescent Beach

Crescent Beach is located between the Atlantic Beach and Ocean Drive sections in North Myrtle Beach. This is a bustling section with its many resorts, condo buildings and beach home rentals. Some of our favorites include Bahama Sands and Blue Water Keyes with stunning condos overlooking the beach. It’s also home to smaller condo buildings and private homes for an amazing Crescent Beach vacation. Guests love the easy access to the famous Molly Darcy’s Irish Pub and Restaurant located oceanfront as well as the collection of mini golf courses along Highway 17.

Windy Hill

As the southernmost beach in North Myrtle Beach, Windy Hill draws in plenty of families throughout the year. Its home to Barefoot Landing which has all types of fun things to do from theatre shows and restaurants to shopping and visits with gators. Select a room (or even the Penthouse) at North Beach Resort and Villas and spend your days splashing around in the Caribbean-themed poolscape. If you love to golf, you’re just a short drive away to the four courses at Barefoot Resort and Golf which gives you the option to play one of four masterfully designed golf courses.
