The magic of Christmas returns to Summerfield Farms for its 11th Annual Santa & S’mores celebration, proudly presented by Pest Management Systems Inc. (PMi)!

From November 28th through December 7th, families are invited to experience one of Summerfield Farms’ most cherished holiday traditions, filled with twinkling lights, festive treats, familiar farm friends, and a very special visit with Santa Claus himself!

Santa is making his journey from the North Pole to The Barn at Summerfield Farms, and this year, the Farm is bringing back beloved favorites while introducing exciting new experiences designed to make every family’s visit even more magical.

Whether continuing a treasured family tradition or visiting for the very first time, guests can look forward to celebrating the wonder of Christmas at Summerfield Farms!

New for 2026: More Magic, Less Waiting!

Summerfield Farms has listened to guest feedback and is making this year’s Santa & S’mores experience better than ever!

A Special Visitor from the North Pole: Mrs. Claus!

Everyone’s favorite royal sisters, Anna and Elsa, have been called back to Arendelle for some important holiday preparations, but they’ve made sure the Christmas magic continues at Summerfield Farms!

This year, someone very special will be traveling from the North Pole… Mrs. Claus is coming to the Farm!

Mrs. Claus will be joining the festivities in The Tent, where families can enjoy festive conversations, memorable photo opportunities, and a little extra Christmas cheer while waiting for their visit with Santa.

She’ll be bringing plenty of holiday spirit, warm smiles, and a whole lot of Christmas magic!

You Asked, Summerfield Farms Listened: The Farm Animals Are Back!

One of the most beloved parts of Summerfield Farms is the opportunity to experience the charm of farm life, and that tradition is returning to Santa & S’mores!

After hearing how much families missed their four-legged friends, Summerfield Farms is excited to announce that its beloved farm animals are returning for 2026!

Families can enjoy this special part of the Farm as they make their way through their holiday adventure.

New! 15-Minute Arrival Windows

Summerfield Farms is introducing a new ticketing experience designed to help families spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the magic!

For 2026, families will reserve a 15-minute arrival window when purchasing tickets. For example, guests attending a 4 p.m.–8 p.m. event may select:

4:00–4:15 p.m.
4:15–4:30 p.m.
4:30–4:45 p.m.
4:45–5:00 p.m.

Additional arrival windows will be available throughout the evening.

Guests are asked to arrive during their selected 15-minute window. These scheduled arrivals will help Summerfield Farms manage guest flow and create a smoother experience for everyone.

The selected window represents the scheduled arrival time, not a guaranteed appointment time with Santa.

Advance ticket reservations are required. Each event date features 15-minute arrival windows to help create an enjoyable experience for all families.

What counts as a family?

A family ticket covers one nuclear household. Extended family members, including grandparents, should purchase their own family ticket.

Summerfield Farms appreciates guests’ understanding and cooperation in helping keep this experience fair and enjoyable for everyone.

VIP Night tickets are priced separately and include additional experiences.

Capturing Christmas Memories With Liz Grogan Photography

The excitement of meeting Santa, the smiles, the laughter, and those unforgettable expressions of Christmas wonder deserve to be remembered!

Summerfield Farms is thrilled to welcome Liz Grogan Photography as its official Santa & S’mores photographer for 2026.

A talented North Carolina-based photographer and graphic designer, Liz has been a wonderful partner of Summerfield Farms for several years, capturing weddings, community events, and the natural beauty of the Farm.

And this year, a guest-favorite feature is returning: professional Santa photos will be ready within 48 hours of each family’s visit!

Each general admission family ticket includes one digital image, with photo access details provided to guests.

Summerfield Farms is incredibly thankful for Liz’s continued partnership and looks forward to having her capture another season of Christmas magic!

Special Event Nights

VIP Night: Sunday, December 6, 3–7 p.m.

For families looking for an extra-special way to celebrate the season, Santa & S’mores VIP Night offers a more intimate holiday experience with additional opportunities to enjoy the magic of Christmas together.

The VIP experience includes:

More intimate time with Santa Claus
Hot cocoa and festive treats
Holiday crafts and activities
Letters to Santa
A special holiday experience with Mrs. Claus

This limited-capacity evening is especially wonderful for families who would like a little more time to enjoy the festivities or capture additional holiday memories with loved ones.

VIP Night requires a separate ticket purchase and is priced differently from general admission.

Sensory-Friendly Night: Monday, December 7, 4–8 p.m.

Summerfield Farms believes every family deserves to experience the wonder and joy of Christmas.

Sensory-Friendly Night is thoughtfully designed for children and families who may benefit from a quieter, more comfortable holiday environment.

During this special evening, adjustments will be made to lighting, sound, and guest flow to help create a calmer setting for those who may be sensitive to large crowds, loud noises, or other sensory stimulation.

Families are kindly asked to reserve this evening for those who would benefit from these accommodations so the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere can be maintained for everyone in attendance.

Merry Mail Basket: $20 Add-On

A special delivery straight from the North Pole makes the Christmas experience even more magical!

Merry Mail Baskets are returning for 2026, filled with festive surprises and little treasures for families to enjoy. Each basket includes:

A Christmas coloring book with crayons
A sweet treat from Snyder’s Sweet Cookies
A Christmas ornament craft kit
A special telegram from Santa Claus
Bubbles
A festive Christmas pennant

Merry Mail Baskets are available as a $20 add-on during checkout and will be ready for pickup during each family’s scheduled Santa & S’mores visit.

Holiday Treats and Food Trucks

Guests are encouraged to come hungry and ready to celebrate!

Local food trucks will be joining the festivities throughout Santa & S’mores, making it easy to enjoy dinner or a delicious bite while visiting the Farm.

Additional s’mores kits, hot cocoa, and other seasonal treats will also be available for purchase.

Step 1: Choose a date

Guests can select their preferred date from November 28th through December 7th. Special ticket options are available for VIP Night and Sensory-Friendly Night.

Step 2: Choose a 15-minute arrival window

Families should select the arrival time that works best for their schedule and plan to arrive within their designated window to help keep the event running smoothly.

Step 3: Select ticket quantity

General admission is $45 per nuclear household. Extended family members, including grandparents, should purchase a separate family ticket.

Step 4: Add a little extra Christmas magic

Guests may select available add-ons, including the $20 Merry Mail Basket.

Step 5: Complete the reservation

Guests should review their selected date, arrival window, ticket quantity, and any add-ons before completing checkout.
