Parent Groups and Meet Ups

Triad Mom Groups and Meet-Ups

Finding your village can make all the difference during the parenting journey. Luckily, the Triad is full of mom groups & parent groups that offer friendship, support, and plenty of opportunities to connect. Whether you’re a new mom looking for baby playdates or a seasoned parent hoping to build community, there’s a group for every stage. From stroller walks in the park to monthly coffee chats, mom meet ups in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point are easy to find and welcoming to all. Many groups are organized by age or interest. You could also join the Peanut app for another way to make new mom friends.

Being part of a mom group often leads to lasting friendships—for both moms and their kids. It’s also a great way to discover local resources, swap parenting tips, or just share a laugh with someone who gets it. If you’ve ever felt alone in motherhood, these groups prove you’re anything but.
