Description: Crankin’ Engines is a 12-hour hands-on camp that teaches disassembly and reassembly of a small Briggs and Stratton push mower engine. While 11-14 students pair up with an engine, the instructor covers tool usage and safety, geometry, vocabulary, physics and biology. After guided teaching, students redo the entire process themselves to discover if their engine will crank!
