My Buddy & Me Classes in the Triad
Buddy and Me Classes Directory is sponsored by Gate City Musikgarten. Give your child a lifetime of music! Musikgarten is a research-based early childhood music curriculum that nurtures a child’s capacity for abstract thinking, empathy, language, math, and science. More than that, music is joy! If you have a little one, especially a baby or toddler, it is often hard to find things for them to do outside the home. Enter ‘My Buddy & Me’ classes! These are a great way for parents, guardians, grandparents, etc. to enjoy fun activities and times with their littlest favorite buddies. Many also focus on helping littles to develop skills from motor skills to balance & strength.

Description: Tranquil Waters Forest School is a free community initiative to bring the wonder of nature to children of all ages. While the typical age range is 0-5, older children are welcome to join. The group meets every Friday at 9:30am and includes Waldorf-inspired circle time, crafts, stories, and a puppet show. Check the Facebook or Instagram for weekly themes and holiday breaks. The forest school host has been working with young children for over 20 years and has a certificate in Waldorf Early Childhood. The space is also accommodative for food allergies and complex medical needs.
