If you have a little one, especially a baby or toddler, it is often hard to find things for them to do outside the home. Enter ‘My Buddy & Me’ classes! These are a great way for parents, guardians, grandparents, etc. to enjoy fun activities and times with their littlest favorite buddies. Many also focus on helping littles to develop skills from motor skills to balance & strength.
Luckily, the Triad has so many fun options too! Below are some we found and were told about through our Facebook Group.
