Calling All Pumpkin Lovers!

Halloween is quickly approaching and with it comes the beautiful changing leaves and crisp fall air. It is such a fun time and we know that you are looking for safe, family events for you and your kiddos! Well, look no further. Maple Springs United Methodist Church has you and your family covered!
Known as “The Pumpkin Church”, Maple Springs United Methodist Church has been selling pumpkins to the community since 1978 and they have some great family fun events coming up that you and your crew will not want to miss! Mark your calendars! These events are fun for all ages, provided in a safe environment, and sure to be a hit!
On Thursday, October 13th at 11:15, the Reynolda Manor Library will be at the church for Story Time in the Patch. They will return on Thursday, October 20th at 3:00pm. Bring your little ones out for what is sure to be a story time that they will not soon forget!
On Friday, October 14th, at 6:30pm Maple Springs is hosting “Movie in the Patch”. Bring the whole family and a comfy blanket to enjoy a showing of “The Great Pumpkin”. What better setting to watch this timeless classic than surrounded by beautiful pumpkins?! This could be a tradition in the making for your family.
And for the grand finale Maple Springs UMC will be hosting The Pumpkin Patch Palooza! This will be held on Sunday, October 23rd, from 4pm-6pm. This great event will offer free food, live music, games, prizes, inflatables, a petting zoo, and more! While this amazing event is free of charge you are invited to bring canned goods to help fill the Maple Springs Food Pantry van, which serves those in need in our community.

In addition to these events, pumpkins will be on sale until October 31st, from 11am-7pm. With many shapes and sizes available you are sure to find your perfect Halloween pumpkin!
