Dance Project is a Greensboro-based nonprofit organization in the Greensboro Cultural Center dedicated to making professional quality dance more accessible. The organization encompasses The School, which provides dance education for any age and for any skill level, from absolute beginners to professionals, and the North Carolina Dance Festival, which hosts professional dancers and choreographers from all over the state to showcase their work.
The School at Dance Project offers a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, tap, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, and beyond. Dance Projects studio is dedicated to being a welcoming and accepting environment that lets anyone dive into dance in a safe and judgment-free zone.
Classes are available for all ages, as young as 18 months and up! Dance Project also offers scholarships, supported by community donations.

Win a semester’s worth of free one-hour youth dance classes (ages 18 and under) for Spring 2025! This prize is valued at $323 and includes a one-hour-long class each week for the entire Spring Semester, running from January 13th to June 1st, 2025.
