The nominations from round one of the 2023 Choice awards contest have been tallied, and finalists are listed below! The three entries with the most nominations in each city and for each category emerged as the finalists. If there is a tie in any category, then more than three finalists are named. Many finalists have venues in more than one Triad area, but we have listed only the areas for which they received the most votes and qualified as one of the top finalists.
