Play with Purpose: Growing Healthy Futures at the Brenner Children’s Museum

Play with Purpose: Growing Healthy Futures is a new annual, family-centered community event designed to educate, engage, and activate the community around food insecurity and nutrition access. Hosted by the Junior League of Greensboro (JLG), this free afternoon at the Miriam P. Brenner Children’s Museum brings families, nonprofit organizations, healthcare professionals, educators, and volunteers together in a highly interactive environment.

Play with Purpose is one of two events designed to support JLG’s Greensboro EATS initiative, and this inaugural year is the perfect chance to be part of something new.

Free Admission to the Children’s Museum

Play with Purpose is free to attend, and admission to the Children’s Museum is included when you attend the event. There’s no pre-registration required, so families can simply show up and enjoy the afternoon.

About Greensboro EATS

Greensboro EATS is a Junior League of Greensboro initiative focused on food insecurity and nutrition access in the community. Play with Purpose is one of two events created to support this work, giving local families a fun, hands-on way to learn about nutrition and connect with the organizations working to make healthy food more accessible.
