Books that Stay With You

By Katie Moosbrugger

It’s the season of reading – at least for me! One of my favorite things to do in the summer is get lost in a good book (or many) after getting recommendations from friends and family. I recently polled some avid readers I know to compile a list of books that stay with you. You know, the kind of book that you think about for months and years after you read it. Many of the books listed below have been around for years but they always make for a timely read. Others have just recently been published yet they’re memorable enough to make today’s list.

I know there are lots of lists out there that feature popular books, and I hope today’s post will pique your interest in a few more titles. Plus, if you can’t get to all these books this summer then consider some for your book clubs. Just about every one is worth a good discussion. Happy reading!
