Day Trip Idea: Kernersville
By TMoM Team Member Suzy Fielders
My dad & stepmom live in Kernersville, but I realized recently I haven’t spent much time in the town of Kernersville as we always just go to their house. So, over the last year or so I’ve spent some time there and found some fun things to do and places to eat during each visit.
This quaint little town has everything from great dining and beverages to a fun mix of parks and destinations. It really is a wonderful destination for a family day trip!
If you are new to the Triad or maybe simply visiting the area for the first time, you should know that it is located in between Winston-Salem and Greensboro. However, don’t let those two bigger cities take away from Kernersville! There is plenty to see, explore, and enjoy in this small town for every member of the family.
Here are ways you can spend your day in Kernersville.
Food & Drink Options
First, be sure you know where all the great food and beverage destinations are in Kernersville. Here are some options to choose from regardless of your food and drink needs.
