Father’s Day Gift Ideas
Now that it’s June, it’s time to start thinking about how we’re going to celebrate the great dads in our lives! If you could use a little inspiration on the Father’s Day gift idea front, you’ve come to the right place. (After all, we love those dads, but they sure can be hard to buy for! ????)
It’s true that he’ll appreciate the sentiment regardless, but we also want to get those dads gifts they can enjoy. Here are a few ideas our team has rounded up. We hope you find a great option here!:
Fragrance
Fun fact: Fulton & Roark is a fragrance company that was founded right here in the Triad (Winston-Salem, to be specific)! You can’t go wrong with a fragrance for a dad in your life, and with F&R you have the choice of a spray or solid. (You can’t go wrong with your scent choice, but some top team picks include Ramble, Calle Ocho, and Mahana.)
Grilling Tools
Are you buying for a grill master this Father’s Day? Consider adding a Meater Wireless Thermometer or Himalayan Sea Salt Block Cooking Plate to your cart.
For the Drinks Guy
If he’s a wanna be barista AND you’re looking at a big investment gift this Father’s Day (maybe a combination Father’s Day/birthday gift or something like that, even), he would be sure to adore this Fully Automatic Espresso Machine. (It comes highly recommended by our Triad Moms on Main fearless leader, Sarah!)
If cocktails are more his thing, this Cocktail Smoker Kit will be right up his alley. He’ll be able to create custom smoked cocktails like a pro in no time. (Talk about impressing guests…)
Clothes/Pajamas
Giving nice pajamas as a gift is a great route to take, because it’s a “treat yourself” kind of item people are less likely splurge on themselves, but they can enjoy them virtually every night! Lake Pajamas are a Triad Moms on Main fave brand, and the dads in your life are sure to share our obsession.
Looking for more comfy clothing options for him this Father’s Day to really help him relax and take it easy? Grab a pair of these Men’s Joggers he’s sure to wear on repeat!
Gifts From the Kids
Any dad of young kids would love receiving some dad-themed books to enjoy with their kiddos! Here’s a Triad Moms on Main round-up of lots of great options on that front.
For adventurous dads who are always up for some father/child bonding, this experiential gift from the YMCA could be just the ticket. The Adventure Guides program seeks to “foster the father-child relationship to create lifelong meaningful memories,” which sounds just about perfect to us.
You can’t ever go wrong with an adorable item featuring your child’s handprint or handwriting, etc. This custom grilling plate is so sweet, as is this keychain featuring a message in your child’s handwriting.
Workout Gear
For the dads in your life that prioritize at-home workouts, consider adding things like a Push-up Board or some Bodyweight Flash Cards could be a great pick. (Maybe a great water bottle to keep him hydrated, too…)
Experiential Gifts
There are so many great gift options for a dad who doesn’t need a single “thing.” Some sure-to-please experiential gift ideas include tickets to a concert, comedy show, or play; flying lessons or a trip around a racetrack, or a cooking class (Southern Home and Kitchen in W-S is a good option for these!).
Oldies But Goodies
We also have a few other ideas in our Gift Guide For Him from Valentine’s Day if you want to check out that post.
