Holiday Shopping Check List

It’s the busy season and we all have lists we’re checking twice. But which list would you rather check off? List One: 1) Going to the mall, 2) Putting gas in the car, 3) Hiring a sitter for the kids, 4) Navigating through traffic, 5) Finding a parking lot, 6) Standing in long lines. Or List Two: 1) Shopping with RayLen Vineyards, 2) Pouring a glass of wine, 3) Choosing a holiday sampler for just $29.99, 4) Having it shipped to a friend or yourself, and 5) Taking a quiet moment to savor it all?

That’s what we thought, which is why you should shop RayLen’s online store at your convenience! And, who doesn’t like to receive liquid holiday cheer? Our Holiday Sampler includes Merlot, Shiraz, and Yadkin Gold, a semi-dry white blend. Shipping is $12.00 in-state or $14.00 out-of-state. For a complete list of states RayLen can ship to and a description of the wines, visit the eStore.

Use the time and energy you save with your one-click shopping to join RayLen Vineyards for our Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 1 – 5 pm. Victorian Voices will entertain you with caroling as you sip a complimentary tasting of featured wines (including the Holiday Sampler wines). The Holiday Open House is free to the public, but not a child-friendly event. Reservations are recommended.

RayLen Vineyards & Winery functioned as a dairy farm for nearly a century until 1998, when Joe and Joyce Neely purchased the land. Today, the rolling hills and winding drive romance our guests as they drive through 35,000 European varietal grape vines. The distinctive cupola roof top of RayLen Vineyards & Winery is a beacon for the southern portion of the Yadkin Valley Appellation. In September 2009, RayLen became eco-friendly by adding the largest field of solar panels at a winery in North Carolina. Travelers from the highway and wanderers from the surrounding country roads are drawn to the tasting room to discover a new experience. Loyal customers return for the lush vista and a reliable favorite of winemaker Steve Shepard’s award-winning wines.
