Momsanity: Post Summer Workout

Welcome back to another workout video from our friends at Momsanity. As part of this monthly series, you can expect quick “no excuse” video workouts that all moms can do. To date, we’ve featured a  five-minute workout video for busy moms here, as well as a core workout that’s perfect for moms of infants here!  And here’s another one today! Enjoy your workouts! 

Now that bathing suit season is over, it’s an excuse not to exercise right?  WRONG!  Join Coach Debbie of Momsanity for an 8 minute beach workout sure to get you breathless and burning and wanting to jump back in the ocean (there is always Labor Day weekend, right?).   Ask your kids to join too!  No weights, no shoes, no problem!
