The countdown is on to the 13th Annual TMoM Choice Awards for 2023! Nominations begin on Wednesday, February 1.
2023 Timeline:
Feb. 1, 2023 – Nominating begins! Watch for the nomination link in our blog and newsletter. (Sign up here for our newsletter.)
Feb 9, 2023 – Nominations close at midnight
Feb 15, 2023 – The top 3 finalists for each Triad area in each category are announced in today’s blog and in our newsletter. Finalist voting begins.
Feb 23, 2023 – Finalist voting ends at midnight
Feb 27, 2023 – Winners are announced on our site and in a special newsletter delivered this day.
How to get your business in the running!!!
Nominations come straight from our readers and fans once we release the nomination link. After nominations are tallied, the three businesses in each city for each category with the most nominations will be listed on the finalist ballot. The best thing for you to do to get your business on the nomination form is to promote this contest to your fans & followers and share this page and/or the nomination ballot once we release it on February 1, 2023.
In order to keep our nomination categories as concise as possible, we have grouped Triad cities into three areas:
- Greensboro, Burlington & Surrounding Areas (includes Summerfield, Reidsville, Oak Ridge, and Mebane)
- High Point, Kernersville & Surrounding Areas (includes Jamestown, Thomasville, Archdale, Trinity, Lexington and Asheboro)
- Winston-Salem, Clemmons & Surrounding Areas (includes Advance, Yadkinville, Lewisville, Mocksville, King, Pfafftown, and Mt. Airy)
Once the finalists are announced, voting begins. After one week, we will tally the finalists’ votes. Then, the businesses or services with the most votes will be announced as the winner of their category in their respective Triad Area at the end of the contest. Winners will receive a digital seal and a printable seal to display as their badge of honor for taking 1st place in the Triad Moms on Main Choice Awards!

- Favorite Mission-Driven Non-Profit
- Favorite Birthday Party Venue/Service
- Favorite Summer Camp
- Favorite Child Arts & Enrichment Program (dance, theater, art classes, etc)
- Favorite Child Sports Program or Facility
- Favorite Rainy Day Destination for Kids
- Favorite Place to Take Your Tween or Teen for Fun
- Favorite Sweets Shop (bakery, dessertery, cupcake shop, ice cream shop, yogurt shop, etc)
- Favorite Local Photographer
- Favorite Independent/Private School
- Favorite Preschool
- Favorite Child Care Facility or Service
- Favorite Children’s Clothing Store/Boutique
- Favorite Women’s Clothing Store/Boutique
- Favorite Seasonal Consignment Sale
- Favorite Consignment Store (clothing or furniture)
