Don’t Wait! Schedule a Virtual Visit with Your Cone Health Medical Group Provider!
Now is the most important time for you to take care of your health during these unprecedented times. With the changes in HIPPA regulations due to COVID-19, we are right here with you by offering virtual visits with your provider. This allows us to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and ensure that you can get the care you need without unnecessary exposure. We are also offering telephone visits for those who may not have video access.
Don’t wait to get care, call your Cone Health Medical Group provider’s office to discuss your symptoms. They will determine if you need a visit and then whether a virtual visit or in-person office visit is better suited for your health condition. Virtual appointments are billed to your insurance just like your regular office visits.
In addition to a virtual visit with your primary care provider, you can also schedule video visits with all of the Cone Health Medical Group specialists, including counseling, behavioral medicine, sports medicine, cardiology, pulmonary care, gastroenterology, neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics and endocrinology.
If you are experiencing any critical condition requiring emergency care, we urge you to act quickly and call 911. Delays in care can be life threatening. Do not let concern about COVID-19 prevent you from taking immediate action. Our care teams and EMS partners are using screening processes and precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With stroke or heart attack symptoms, call 911 immediately and do not drive. For emergency care needs that do not require calling 911, please visit your nearest emergency department.
